Banana apple orange smoothie recipe

This refreshing smoothie is simple, cheap and it tastes just great.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup of water (8,5 oz / 250 ml)
  • 1/2 handful of sunflower seeds

Instructions for Banana apple orange smoothie recipe

Peel banana and cut it into chunks. Peel apple as well, core it and chop. Scrape carrot and chop. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth (it will take up to 2 minutes).
