This refreshing smoothie is simple, cheap and it tastes just great.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 red apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of water (8,5 oz / 250 ml)
- 1/2 handful of sunflower seeds

Peel banana and cut it into chunks. Peel apple as well, core it and chop. Scrape carrot and chop. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth (it will take up to 2 minutes).
