Banana kiwi smoothie recipe

- 2 ripe kiwis
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 cup of water (8,5 oz / 250 ml)

Do not peel kiwis, but wash them properly. Cut them into quarters. Peel bananas and chop them. Now put all the ingredients into a smoothie maker and blend for about 90 seconds.
