  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 7 oz / 200 ml fresh orange juice
  • 10 ice cubes
  • A bit of orange peel

Instructions for Carrot smoothie recipe

Scrape the carrots and cut them into smaller pieces. Wash the oranges, halve them and squeeze fresh juice from them. Take one half of the already-squeezed orange and peel some rind from it (it is best to use a special scraper designed for this). Now put all the ingredients into a smoothie maker and mix for about 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
