- 2 medium-sized carrots
- 7 oz / 200 ml fresh orange juice
- 10 ice cubes
- A bit of orange peel

Scrape the carrots and cut them into smaller pieces. Wash the oranges, halve them and squeeze fresh juice from them. Take one half of the already-squeezed orange and peel some rind from it (it is best to use a special scraper designed for this). Now put all the ingredients into a smoothie maker and mix for about 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
