- 3/5 cup of plain yogurt (5,5 oz / 150 g)
- 3/5 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (5 oz / 150 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A bit of orange peel

Wash orange properly and peel a few strips of orange skin using a special scraper. Then squeeze fresh juice. Eventually put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy.
