Grapefruit smoothie with cinnamon recipe
Ingredients
2 grapefruits
4 tablespoons of sugar or honey
1/2 cup of water (4 oz / 120 ml)
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Peel the grapefruit and separate the segments. Peel the segments as well (get rid of the seeds if there are any). Then put all the ingredients (except of the ground cinnamon) into the smoothie maker and blend until smooth. When it’s done sprinkle it with ground cinnamon.
