Apple smoothie recipe
Ingredients
2 apples (use any variety you want)
1/2 lemon
3 handfuls of baby spinach
1 carrot
3.5 oz / 100 ml of water
Instructions for Apple smoothie recipe
Peel the apples. Halve them. Get rid of the seeds. Cut apples into smaller pieces. Squeeze the fresh juice from the lemon half. Wash the baby spinach under running warm water. Scrape the carrot and cut it into pieces. Then put all the ingredients (including water) into a smoothie maker and blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
