Healthy smoothie with ginger and mango
Ginger is one of the healthiest plants there is. This root is essential when one catches a cold or flu and helps to get rid of the illness very quickly. Moreover, ginger has antibacterial properties.
Mango is a tropical fruit that is rich in vitamins A, C, beta carotene and fiber. It also contains sodium. This fruit helps to maintaing healthy hair and skin.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 ripe mango
- 10 grams of ginger
- 1 apple
Instructions
Cut mango, ginger and apple into smaller pieces. It is possible to grate the ginger as well. Put all the ingredients into a blender and pour the coconut milk. This smoothie is of higher density, so keep blending for at least 1,5 minute.
