Quick smoothie for energy boost
Sometimes everybody needs to increase their energy levels, be it early in the morning to be able to perform well at work or late in the evening to have sufficient amount of energy for a workout session. This smoothie recipe is very quick and will provide your body with long lasting energy.
- 5 strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1/4 of broccoli (optional)
- 1 cup of milk
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Then add approximately 1 tea cup of milk. Blend everything for at least 1 minute. Then continue according to the smoothie density. Add some more milk to dilute the drink.
