This green smoothie with spinach recipe is one of my favorite (it is super healthy). You need only baby spinach (can be combined with or completely replaced by arugula), banana, orange (or kiwifruit) and sunflower seeds.
1 handful of baby spinach
1 orange or 1 kiwifruit
Instructions for Green smoothie with spinach recipe
Wash spinach leaves and put them into the smoothie maker. Peel both banana and orange and put them into the smoothie maker as well (you can replace orange for kiwifruit). Add water and sunflower seeds (both affect the density of smoothie, so the amount depends on your preferences). Then mix until smooth.
