This incredibly refreshing summer strawberry-blackberry-raspberry smoothie can be prepared from fresh or frozen fruit (it depends on your preferences). I prefer the first option because “fresh fruit is fresh fruit”. If you want this smoothie super fresh you can grow your own strawberries, blackberries and raspberries in your garden (it is not so complicated in fact). Absolute freshness of the ingredients is thus guaranteed. In addition to fruit we need more milk, or spring water. We need also some milk or spring water and maybe some honey.
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
3/2 cup of milk, or spring water (it is up to you)
You can add honey if you want

Wash all berries and put them into the smoothie maker. Add milk or spring water (whichever you prefer) and blend until smooth. Smoothie is ready to be served.
