For this very simple and extremely refreshing drink you will need just beautifully orange cantaloupe, lime, water and possibly some honey to make this refreshing smoothie from cantaloupe a little bit more sweet.

1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 lime
1/2 cup of spring water

Instructions for refreshing smoothie from cantaloupe

For this recipe you need only half of the melon. In other words whole cantaloupe is enough for two servings. Get rid of the peel and seeds. Cut it into pieces and put them into the smoothie maker. Add freshly squeezed juice from lime, water and honey. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
